One World Exchange Center The skyscraper One World Exchange Center (otherwise called 1 World Exchange Center , 1 WTC , or Flexibility Tower ) is the fundamental working of the modified World Exchange Center complex in Lower Manhattan, New York City. It is the tallest working in the Western Side of the equator and the 6th tallest on the planet.
